My story
Dylan is 12, he's recently been diagnosed with a serious heart condition, one part of the condition is cardiomyopathy. He's always been a very active child including a gold medalist in judo. This diagnosis has completely turned his world upside down.
His best friend since nursery Thomas is doing the iron kids challenge in Austria in June 2016 to raise money and awareness for his best friend. Please could you please donate as little or as much as you can for this important cause between two best friends.
