For Dementia Awareness Week 19th May 2025 -25th May 2025.
As a local home care provider, we’re proud to be raising money for Dementia Forward, a charity close to our hearts.
Every day, we support people living with dementia and witness the courage, strength, and challenges they and their families face. Many of our team members have been personally affected, caring for loved ones at home, or walking alongside clients on their journey with dementia. It’s these experiences that make our committing t to compassionate, person-centred care so deeply personal.
We know how much difference the right support can make. Dementia Forward provides just that- offering specialist advice, community groups, and a lifeline to those feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of where to turn.
By raising money for this incredible charity, we’re giving back to local organisation that supports the same families and individuals we do- often at their most vulnerable moments. Every donation helps ensure no one faces dementia alone.
Together, we can build a more understanding, supportive community- for today, and for the future.
