My story
While on maternity leave with my first daughter, I decided to set up a charity in Birmingham to support women and birthing people, experiencing financial and circumstantial hardship during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. 8 years later the charity has grown and is thriving and we are able to support around 100 women and birthing people per year. I now live and run the charity from Cornwall, an area where the deprivation levels are high. Please help me to bring the pivotal work Elayos does, down to Cornwall by sponsoring me to do this crazy, muddy run! Thank you!
