Jon Sellins is cycling the Western Front

Hello everyone, I am taking some time out during my enforced sabbatical to support a brilliant charity that is very close to my heart. The Change Foundation does amazing work and really does change the lives of young people in the UK and around the world. I have been an Ambassador for the Charity for a few years now but have decided that it is time to get off my backside and join one of their challenges to raise actual money to support their future programs. I will be joining a small, untalented and mostly overweight group of cyclists in an attempt to cycle from Switzerland through France to Belgium closely following the line of the Western Front. It's a long way and I have no idea if I can manage it but I will give it my best shot and if you sponsor me then I will have no choice but to complete the challenge! It's a long time since I asked anyone to sponsor me and so I hope you don't mind me asking for a few of your hard earned pounds.
