My story
I am trying to address the stigma around mental health support for men. Having lost Dooker to depression and stress, I became acutely aware of the consequences of not getting the right support. So many of us can become isolated and too proud to receive help and be vulnerable whilst dealing with tough challenges - hope is ever present and love unrelenting 👍
