My story
July 2024 was when I started my running journey, starting couch to 5k and I have recently completed my 25th parkrun. I’m a novice runner and have picked up the running bug. I have been lucky (or not 🤪) to have been given a charity spot to support the Welsh Ambulance Service Charity to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2025.
In addition to this, I have put myself down to run in May 2025 both the Race for Victory Cardiff 5K and Caerphilly 10K.
I hope you will support me with any donation, big or small. I make an amazing banana bread which I can also make a vegan version so let me know if you want a slice or whole loaf cake and I’ll get baking 🍰
