Heathrow Midnight Marathon - Engineering Endurance Team

On the 1 October is a small but perfectly formed team of us will be running up and down the runway at Heathrow in order to raise funds for the Heathrow Community. It is not just about raising money, but a goal for us to get fit! We range from total non runners ( me!) to experienced marathon runners, but want to do our bit for a local cause. The Heathrow Community Trust is an independent grant-making charity that was set up by the powners of Heathrow Airport in 1996. We exist to improve the quality of life in communities neighbouring the airport and we do this by administering grants to charities, schools and community groups making a difference in their local communities.
