SFHT Twin Peaks

Six Managers from the Stable Family Home Trust are taking up the Three Peaks Challenge on 15th June 2013.

The team was formed at a meeting when one announced he needed a challenge for this year. The Three Peaks was mentioned and within 20 minutes, five colleagues bumbled into agreeing to support him.

SFHT supports people with a learning disability to lead ordinary lives with some extraordinary moments. The charity provides a range of support services including residential care, day services and domiciliary support, and a wealth of opportunities and activities for individuals. We believe that anyone can do and achieve anything as long as they have the right support.

People are seen as individuals; each having a unique package of support, making choices and decisions about their lives and being valued as a member of their local community.

Funds raised through the Three Peaks Challenge will enable us to enrich the quality of life and lifestyle of the people we support and offer even more extraordinary moments for everyone.

The focus of the team is sheer determination and spirit, rather than a serious gruelling training regime. So, we really need your support and generosity to get us there and back!
