Neil, Sarah-Louise & Katherine

On 30 April 2022, 10 month old Sophie is "walking" 10km with her parents Neil & Sarah-Louise and Nanoo Katherine to raise funds for the AFC Wimbledon Foundation. We will be walking from Wimbledon Common, where AFC Wimbledon first held football trials 20 years ago, around the streets and parks of Merton to Plough Lane before AFC Wimbledon's final game of the season.

AFC Wimbledon Foundation provides community support across Merton, Wandsworth & Kingston, primarily through using sport as an engagement tool, to those who desperately need help.

• Their coaches give young people new skills and show them what a brighter future could look like.
• They help those who are unemployed discover new pathways into work.
• They create opportunities for people struggling with their mental health to find support and they help older adults to keep active and tackle loneliness.
