Raising Awareness for Hypermobility Syndrome

Our daughter was diagnosed with Hypermobility Syndrome last year; as her parents, we were devastated. We had no idea that whilst she was growing up our daughter had been struggling with muscle aches and tiredness along with all the other associated conditions that Hypermobility Syndrome brings. Having more awareness of the condition has enlightened us parents and enabled our daughter to manage the condition better. Therefore, this September, I will be running in the Great North Run to benefit The Hypermobility Syndromes Association, to raise awareness and support for this little-known condition.
