Running Machine Resurrected for Hourglass

Louise Everett is raising money for Hourglass
My story
In May this year I joined a small but mighty charity called Hourglass. Hourglass are there to help and support older people affected by abuse. This could be anything from being targeted by a scammer to suffering from neglect, physical, mental or sexual abuse. The statistics shocked me, this is happening to 1 in 6 of people over 65 in the UK.
So to help raise money towards our around the clock helpline (currently we only run in office hours) I am going to dust off my impulsive lockdown running machine and run for 24 minutes a day for 7 days from 19 June! 🏃🏼♀️

25-06-21 24/7 challenge complete! Just done my final run on my treadmill and looking forward to a rest day tomorrow! Thanks to everyone for donating. The money will help us keep our older people safe from harm ❤️
