Silver’s Mini North Run fundraiser

Silver would like to raise money for Pathways 4 All, which is a fantastic charity supporting disabled children and their families in the North East.

Silver’s little sister Astraea has Smith Magenis Syndrome which is a rare chromosome deletion. She was diagnosed with this over a year ago when she was two and the past year has been a challenge for all the family. Pathways 4 all has a wonderful play centre called the Tim Lamb Centre which has been a fantastic local resource for us all. It’s somewhere we all feel comfortable to go and always have loads of fun. There are lots of activities over the school holidays and clubs for the children with disabilities as well as their siblings. We feel very lucky to have this centre so close to us to enjoy on a regular basis. We were also very thankful to use their caravan at a heavily subsidised rate at Haggerston Castle.
