Lauren Sweatman is raising money for The Change Foundation
My story
On the 24th of March, I will be partaking in the Thames River Kayak Challenge starting in Greenwich pairs will Kayak 20km to Battersea High road.
All donations will go to The Change Foundation, an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people.
The Change Foundation’s core mission is to change the lives of vulnerable, marginalised and under supported young people through the delivery of targeted sports programmes. Founded 42 years ago in the Brixton riots, the charity has continued to use sport to support young people both in the UK and overseas.
