My story
As You Are is a low cost counselling charity in Southwick and is close to my heart as a charity that helps so many . Over the years I have seen it change and evolve. We have an incredible team and offer counselling from as little as £12 for up to 24 sessions , times are tough for fundraising so any tiny amount you can sponsor me would be amazing , I’m pretty nervous and haven’t swum front crawl for many years but I’m up for a challenge.
