My story
As most of you know our daughter Lettie was born at 31+3 in 2021 and so this charity is very close to our hearts.
Even though I am a neonatal nurse at Barnstaple, I never anticipated or imagined how it would feel to be on the other side. I now have an even bigger appreciation of how amazing our neonatal mummy’s and families are.
Through SNUG we were offered support and met other families with sick or preterm babies. North Devon SNUG service provides ongoing support from hospital to home and helps parents to feel supported in the transition through visits whilst they are in hospital, to community meets every Friday 💙
Please help us to raise as much money as we can for this amazing charity to help us upgrade our facilities for parents on SCBU and continue to offer SNUG support 💙
