Andrew Hodge are raising money for LYR, Longfield Community Hospice and Sue Ryder

Our story

We are a bunch of people who used to row at the highest level. We've all received a huge amount from this great sport, from the motivation, purpose and life skills it's taught us, to being supported by our nations on the worlds largest stage - the Olympic games.

We know know and have seen the impact this sport can have, and all support the charity LYR to help young people, from communities where would never be an option, to access the sport and benefit from the unique way it captures peoples motivation and nurtures important life skills! Your donation supports a programme that turns £1 into £40 worth of community benefit, there is no comparable charity for the target group LYR is charged to impact.

We are also support two charities that we've had personal connections with, Longfield Hospice, and Sue Ryder. We don't need to explain why these charities are important to us, but we all know how the role they play in our communities.

Thank you for checking out our page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto LYR, Longfield Community Hospice and Sue Ryder.
