My story
Hi. I'm Theo. I'm challenging myself to do a triathalon raising money for Up - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement.
As Up's Link Worker, I see every day how important connection, support and advocacy are for adults living with Cerebral Palsy (CP).
I'm raising money for UP to help ensure adults with CP have access to information, peer support and a stronger voice. Too often, support drops away after childhood, and UP is working to change that.
If you are able to donate, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every contribution helps UP continue its vital work and make a real difference to the lives of adults with CP.
