Emma, Natan, Libby & Callum do the superhero Tri

Next weekend, we're taking on the Superhero Triathlon as a family to raise money for UP - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement.

Emma, Natan and Libby are competing together as one team. Emma will be swimming, Natan will be cycling and Libby will be running. Meanwhile, Callum is taking on the swim as part of another team, supporting a member of UP's community so they can take part too.

Our children have always wanted to take on a challenge with Mum, and this year we finally have the chance.

Emma has cerebral palsy and is the founder of UP, the UK's charity dedicated to supporting adults with cerebral palsy. The Superhero Triathlon is the perfect event because it's all about inclusion, teamwork and making sport accessible to everyone.

Adults with cerebral palsy are often forgotten once they leave children's services. Through UP, Emma and an amazing team are working to change that by building a community, providing support and campaigning for better services.
