My story

Hi! Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Jack and I am a volunteer for Age UK Cambridgeshire & Peterborough (AGEUKCAP). This December, I will be running a mile a day to raise awareness and donations for the charity. AGEUKCAP is an amazing organisation who provides a wide range of services and support to elderly people across the region.

What do AGEUKCAP do?

From services such as Friendship Clubs to Telephone Befriending Services, and Practical Home Support, we want everyone to be able to love later life. We work to reduce social isolation and invest in campaigns which support aging people suffering from loneliness.

We offer Information and Advice to all people aged 60 or over and their carers on the following topics:

Welfare Benefit Entitlements Consumer Family

Personal Health & Disability Housing, including residential care (Transport/Blue Badges)

Employment Leisure activities (including lunch clubs)

Advice on the full range of Age UK Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Services
