ClearCourse Mighty Squad are raising money for LYR
Our story
London Youth Rowing uses rowing as a platform to reach kids from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds, delivering much-needed youth development programmes and life skills with rowing as the platform and vehicle to connect. There are so many wonderful benefits to exercise, especially rowing, which not only works almost all muscle groups, it encourages a connection with nature and the environment, in its purest form, and contributes to well-being and positive mental health.
Race The Thames Event:
Race the Thames Virtual (RTTv) is an online event in which teams of 8 participate (ClearCourse Mighty Squad) in various sports to virtually cover the 346km length of the River Thames over the course of one week starting on Monday, January 27th, 2023.
