Frances tries a triathlon...

I've been saying for a while that I was aiming to do a triathlon before I reach the mile stone of 50 years, so I'm joining some friends from the orchestra I play with, London Lawyers' Symphony Orchestra, to try a sprint triathlon. It's a 400m swim, 20k cycle and 5k run. I can cycle, run a bit, but I'm still wary about this swimming lark and as for putting them altogether, well, who knows? Your support will be gratefully appreciated!!!!

I'm raising funds for my church restoration fund: we're very fortunate to have grant funding for our latest project but we need to raise a proportion from our own efforts , so here goes...
