Million Squats in May

This May, I’m setting our Naturally Fit Outdoor fitness (instagram:@naturallyfit.me) community a huge challenge — one million squats — all to support a cause that is incredibly personal to me.
Off The Record is a children and young people’s mental health charity that relies solely on charitable donations to keep its doors open and its services running. I know just how vital their work is, because they’ve supported my own family — and many of our members have also turned to them for help with their children during difficult times.
They provide a safe space, understanding, and professional support for young people who are struggling — something that can truly change lives. But without funding, services like this simply wouldn’t exist.
That’s why this challenge means so much to me. Throughout May, together as a community, we’ll be squatting our way to one million reps — pushing ourselves physically to give back to a service that supports young people emotionally.
We’d also love for others to get involved — whether that’s joining us for the challenge, setting your own squat goal, or simply supporting and sharing what we’re doing. The more people we have behind this, the bigger the difference we can make.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it will go directly towards helping Off The Record continue their life-changing work.
