Reg&Co New Year Challenge

We have pledged to raise money for two charities:

1. London Youth Rowing - as they do so much to help disadvantaged young people. LYR work with 10,000 young people across schools, youth clubs and rowing clubs, to help encourage them to be more active to help their physical, social and mental well being.
2. My Black Dog - a mental health charity that offers peer-to-peer support for people who are struggling with their mental health.
