After the success and entertainment value of Race The Thames 2022 you will be pleased to hear that Race The Thames 23 is back! 32 people across the US, UK and Europe will take part to form 4 amazing teams to support London Youth Rowing. Each of our teams will row, run, cycle and swim the 346km distance of the Thames between 8 team members.

We are raising money for London Youth Rowing (LYR) 100% of the money raised will be used to help support LYR's work in London and Leeds. LYR's programmes allow young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to take part in rowing, giving them the benefit of participating in the sport and allowing them to fulfil their potential - londonyouthrowing.com/

LYR are a youth charity that motivates, inspires, and empowers young people from disadvantaged communities through the life skills gained from Rowing, Active Row is uniquely placed to enable those who sit on the side-lines at PE to get active, find positive social groups and develop essential life skills that rowing nurtures. Their aim is the help our students break through glass ceilings and achieve their potential through developing their life skills and demonstrating how valuable they are through our links with businesses like ours.
